We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things from our past. But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here now with the power to shape your day and your future.
I believe that everyone is capable of change. In working with people, I feel that it is important to honor an individual’s past, listen to their personal experiences, and respect their beliefs to better understand how they make meaning of their world. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment that fosters self-exploration and personal growth.
Please let me assist you on your path to change.

How long does therapy take?
Some clients may feel relief or meet their therapeutic goals in just a few sessions, while other clients may require months or years to reach psychological wellness. Those with severe mental health disorders may benefit from lifelong therapy support. You and your counselor will regularly examine your goals and evaluate your improvement. Your counselor will help you decide when it's the right time to terminate treatment, but it's always your decision to end therapy at any time for any reason.
