I truly enjoy helping people and love what I do. I aim to create an encouraging, safe, and comfortable environment for my clients to open up, and clients have described me as warm and empathic. I assist my clients in discovering how to help themselves and developing the tools and techniques necessary to make lasting and positive changes. Helping my clients reach their goals on their journey of self-discovery is sincerely my honor.
Â
I work with individuals, couples, and families using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness-based techniques. Friendly and person-centered, my greatest strength is making my clients feel comfortable and building a rapport so we can work together effectively. During your first session, we will start to identify your challenges and collaboratively decide on a course of action. I look forward to connecting with you.

It's hard to see your child suffering and feel powerless to help. Your child may struggle with anxiety, behavior, self-esteem, academics, or fitting in with peers. Maybe your child is recovering from a trauma, parental divorce, or death in the family. We have trained professionals here to help.
Types of Counseling
What will my first therapy session be like?
After looking over your paperwork and informing you about confidentiality, you and your counselor will discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and treatment goals. Your counselor will decide if they are the best clinician to meet your needs, and you will decide if your counselor is a comfortable fit.
