We all want to feel understood, validated, and supported through life challenges. Using an empathic, non-judgmental, and interactive therapeutic style, I work collaboratively with my clients to identify and achieve their goals. To promote self-awareness and skill building, I assign homework and provide education on mental health processes and conditions. By better understanding our diagnoses and life issues, we are better able to find solutions and strategies for coping.
Â
If we truly want to grow and benefit from therapy, we may not always be comfortable in the process. I encourage my clients to face their fears and work through difficult emotions and life stressors. I will support you in utilizing healthy coping skills during your therapeutic journey and use a combination of approaches to facilitate positive change, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Therapy (RET), Existential Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Strength-based Therapy, and Reality-based Therapy.
Â
If you are ready to take the first step toward change, I am here to help you achieve happiness, recovery, healing, and growth. I look forward to working with you to become the best possible you.

It's hard to see your child suffering and feel powerless to help. Your child may struggle with anxiety, behavior, self-esteem, academics, or fitting in with peers. Maybe your child is recovering from a trauma, parental divorce, or death in the family. We have trained professionals here to help.
Types of Counseling
What will my first therapy session be like?
After looking over your paperwork and informing you about confidentiality, you and your counselor will discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and treatment goals. Your counselor will decide if they are the best clinician to meet your needs, and you will decide if your counselor is a comfortable fit.
