Career Counseling
Are you feeling overwhelmed or repeatedly hitting a wall with the same challenges? I find joy in supporting others during times of uncertainty and am dedicated to helping individuals enhance their lives. As a person-centered, helping professional, my goal is to assist you in achieving life balance, wellness, and personal success. I aim to help clients feel more centered, develop a healthier life perspective, and learn successful methods to cope with difficulties.
Â
Making the decision to participate in counseling can be a difficult one. I build a safe space for clients to feel comfortable unloading their presenting concerns and developing a newfound sense of self and empowerment. I believe in a teamwork approach to treatment and encourage my clients to stay active and diligent in their therapy. Side by side, my clients and I work to gain insight and make the changes necessary to improve their lives.
