TREATMENT SPECIALTIES
Reaching out for help can be vulnerable, but I firmly believe that strength can be found in vulnerability. At the heart of my work is the belief that connected, attuned relationships—with both ourselves and others—are key to healing and growth. With warmth and empathy, I hope to empower you to reclaim your sense of agency, heal from past wounds, and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and strength.
Addressing the whole person, I take a holistic approach that recognizes the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. As your therapist, I will act less as an authority and more as a resource and companion to meet you where you are and navigate a path forward that honors your individual needs, strengths, and pace. Grounded in trust, empathy, and understanding, I will provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and valued and can explore your feelings without fear of judgment.
Everyone is unique and so is the path to healing and growth. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, so I integrate a variety of techniques, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based technique for trauma resolution. If you are struggling with trauma or distressing memories, we may use this method to process and integrate past experiences and alleviate the emotional and psychological distress holding you back from fully engaging in life.
Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I would be honored to walk alongside you, wherever you may be on your path.
LICENSE, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with emotional struggles, crises, substance abuse, and severe mental illness.
It's hard to see your child suffering and feel powerless to help. Your child may struggle with anxiety, behavior, self-esteem, academics, or fitting in with peers. Maybe your child is recovering from a trauma, parental divorce, or death in the family. We have trained professionals here to help.
Types of Counseling
What will my first therapy session be like?
After looking over your paperwork and informing you about confidentiality, you and your counselor will discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and treatment goals. Your counselor will decide if they are the best clinician to meet your needs, and you will decide if your counselor is a comfortable fit.
